How to identify fulfillment by Jumia (FBJ) orders
I. Judge from the marketplace
The FBJ goods of Jumia's international sellers will be marked with orange "EXPRESS". If customers place an order for such goods, Jumia's overseas warehouse will send them from the overseas warehouse to the corresponding African customers within 24 hours after the order is generated.
II. Judge from the account information in the background of the seller center
After logging in to the Seller Center, you can follow the path Settings>>Your Profile>>General
Drop down to the bottom of the page to see the shipping country. If it is a local country in Africa, it is an FBJ seller
As shown in the above figure, the seller's shipping country is Nigeria, which belongs to Africa, so the seller is Jumia's international FBJ seller.
III. Judge from the Order Details in the background of the seller center
Path: SC >> Orders >> Manage Orders
Click the corresponding order number (Order Nr.) to expand the order details. If the "Shipment type" in the order details displays "Dropshipping", the order is a DS order. If the "Shipment type" in the order details displays "Own warehouse"/"Fulliment by Jumia", the order is an FBJ order.
Notice:
Sellers who want to open an FBJ store, click here to apply for an overseas warehouse store. Dropshipping stores and FBJ stores need to be applied separately according to the seller's qualifications. Sellers must not use Dropshipping stores accounts for FBJ stocking management.
