How to Identify Dropshipping Order
I. Judge from the marketplace
The SKUs of Jumia's international sellers will be marked with the blue label "Ship from abroad".After the orders are generated, the international sellers must send their products to Jumia's sorting center in China within five working days after the order is generated, the sooner the better, which will be carried by Jumia and delivered to the corresponding customers in Africa.
As shown in the above figure, the seller's shipping country is China, and China does not belong to African countries, so the seller is Jumia's international DS seller.
II. Judge from the Seller Center
1. Account information- SC
Path: SC >> Settings >> Your Profile >> General
Drop down to the bottom of the page to see the shipping country. If it is not a local country in Africa, it is a Dropshipping seller. As shown in the above figure, the seller's shipping country is China. The seller is Jumia's international DS seller.
2. Order Details- SC
Path: SC >> Orders >> Manage Orders
Click the corresponding order number (Order Nr.) to expand the order details. If the "Shipment type" in the order details displays "Dropshipping", the order is a DS order. If the "Shipment type" in the order details displays "Own warehouse"/"Fulliment by Jumia", the order is an FBJ order.
III. Judge from Vendor Center
1. Account information- VC
Path: Profile >> Shipping Information
Drop down to the bottom of the page to see the shipping country. If it is not a local country in Africa, it is a dropshipping seller. As shown in the above figure, the seller's shipping country is China, so the seller is Jumia's international DS seller.
2. Order details-VC
Path: VC >> Orders
Click the corresponding order number (Order Nr.) to expand the order details. If the "Shipment type" in the order details displays "Dropshipping", the order is a DS order. If the "Shipment type" in the order details displays "Own warehouse"/"Fulliment by Jumia", the order is an FBJ order.
Notice:
Sellers who want to open an FBJ store, click here to apply for an overseas warehouse store. Dropshipping stores and FBJ stores need to be applied separately according to the seller's qualifications. Sellers must not use Dropshipping stores accounts for FBJ stocking management.
