Jumia's new Vendor Center - Migration Notice for Sellers Registered in Old Seller Center （2025/3/24）
Dear sellers,
In order to provide you with a better and more efficient shop management experience, we are pleased to announce that we will fully launch the new version of the Vendor Center (abbreviated as "VC") in mid-April 2025, here is the link of VC login. At that time, the old Seller Center will be discontinued. This migration mainly includes two parts: 1) shop migration; 2) product migration. The specific details are as follows:
- Migration objects: This migration is only for shops created in the old Seller Center. If you are a seller registered in VC, this migration has nothing to do with you and you do not need to take any action.
- Shop profile migration: Your shop profile will be seamlessly migrated to the VC. We try to ensure that the information is complete and does not need to be re-filled. For sellers using API, **here link you can find API documentation **to re-connect to the VC.
- Product migration: The corresponding products of the overseas warehouse shop (abbreviated as "FBJ") and the drop shipping (abbreviated as "DS") will also be migrated simultaneously. The migration scope is as follows:
- All products of the FBJ shops will be migrated, except for the following two situations;
- If the store has not created a CO in the past year, the shop’s products will not be migrated.
- Or all products that have not been ordered by any FBJ shops under the master account in the past year.
- The scope of product migration for DS shops is as follows:
- Products with sales records between March 2024 and February 2025.
- All products of the FBJ shops will be migrated, except for the following two situations;
- Targeted training courses: Except for training documents which are listed in Jumia university, we will organize on-site training courses to ensure that you quickly familiarize yourself with VC system after migration and smoothly pass the migration period. The event calendar will be shared in subsequent emails.
This email is just for your reference and you don't have to take any action now. We will inform all sellers of the latest migration progress by email. During this period, please pay special attention to your mailbox!
