Jumia Announcement: Your Shop Profile has been migrated, please login to the Vendor Center(2025/04/09)

Dear Sellers,

Your shop profile has been successfully migrated to the new Vendor Center!

How to access the new Vendor Center?

-> Click this link to access the new Vendor Center (abbreviated as "VC").

If you have not created a login information, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please click this link and enter your email address. It should be the same email address you use to login to the old Seller Center (abbreviated as "SC");
  2. Click “forget password”, you will receive an email with a link, please open this link;
  3. You will be asked to define a new password, please set a new password and verify it;
  4. Congratulations! Your credentials to access VC have been successfully created, you can access the new Vendor Center here.

From today, please do not use the old Seller Center (SC) to make any changes to your catalog or shop profile. You must use VC to make the corresponding changes. However, you can still manage your orders from the old Seller Center (SC) in the next few days.

Notes:

  • For sellers using API docking, please click here to get API token and follow this API docking document to dock the VC system.
  • If you encounter any problems during login/use VC, please check the document, or please contact us through RAC.
  • Click the Seller Learning Center link to view some completed VC training videos.

Next, we will migrate products around mid-April. We will send emails accordingly. Please keep an eye on your mailbox!
