Basic specifications of SKU listing
Specifications of content
- Abide by the platform's policy on the prohibited goods. It is prohibited to list counterfeit and infringing products (click here for details)
- Select the right product category (the highest category level)
- Chinese shall not be used in the product description
- For the non-branded products, "Fashion" shall be used for fashion products, while "Generic" shall be used for the products of other categories.
- Variations can only be used as the sizes of fashion products, while color, model, shape, and other attributes cannot be used as variations
- Prices are in local currency (For the exchange rate of local currency to USD, click here).
- If the sizes of fashion products do not conform to the Jumia Size Guide, a size comparison table should be provided in the product description or in the image. Especially when the real size is inconsistent with the SKU variation (e.g. the real size is Chinese size, but the SKU variation indicates European size)
Specifications of image
- The first image must show the front side of the product and has a white background without watermarks. No reference items should be attached to the image. At least three multi-angle photos of the product shall be provided (especially for fashion products, such as clothes, bags, shoes, and accessories)
- Seller Center: The image should be 200 x 200 to 2,000 x 2,000 pixels, the maximum file size should be 200kb. Vender Center: The image should be 500 x 500 to 2,000 x 2,000 pixels, the maximum file size should be 2MB.
- The image cannot be in Chinese or have Chinese watermarks
- The description of the image shall be consistent with the goods delivered (including color, quantity, and whether there are accessories)
- Do not show gifts, accessories and reference items, and other items in the main image to avoid causing misunderstanding among buyers. If the product has reference items, the product for sale should be marked (with arrows or text in all images).
Fashion products
The size image of the product shall be attached to the product description or image, including cloth length, sleeve length, and thigh circumference. The more detailed the image, the fewer returns due to inappropriate size.
The size image can be customized according to the product to be sold. The following images are for reference only
